This initiative brings joy straight to families facing cancer and life-altering illnesses at Atrium. Through blessing bags, connection, and moments that remind them they are not alone. Because here, our families experience something powerful: their child isn’t the only one in the room with a diagnosis. They are surrounded by others who understand, who see them, and who walk a similar journey.
Our community loves to gather… and in those moments, connection turns into comfort, and belonging becomes real.
Together, we turn community into action. Every detail of this event helps fuel something bigger: showing up, giving back, and creating real impact where it matters most.

We provide joy, gifts, and meaningful moments to children and families facing cancer and life-altering illnesses.

Sandbox Families, Community Partners, and Friends are all invited! While admission is free, we encourage guests to support the mission by purchasing raffle tickets or participating in the 50/50 raffle.

Proceeds from the evening directly support The Sandbox and our Christmas in July Blessing Week—bringing joy, hope, and a sense of believing to children and families at Atrium Health facing cancer, complex medical conditions, and life-altering illnesses.
Our 2025 Christmas in July mission was an incredible success, and we are excited to expand our impact even further in 2026.
